Mango Sandwich



  • 2 slices fresh bread
  • 1 alphonso mango ripe
  • butter for applying on toast


Peel and cut 2 thick flat slices of mango.
Make toasts from bread slices.
Butter as desired. Place the slices of mango on one buttered toast.
Cover with other buttered toast, buttered side down.
Press lightly, and cut into 2 triangles. Serve immediately with tea, coffee or milk.
