Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Put chopped onion, garlic, ginger. Saute all till light brown.
Add turmeric red chili, garam masala and freshly cut coriander leaves. Add chopped tomato.
Cook it for 2 minutes. Add peas, cubed cottage cheese. Cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add chopped spinach. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add salt. Cook it for 5 minutes.
