Spinach Paneer Peas

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch chopped spinach
  • 1 cake firm Cottage cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • Some fresh dhania (coriander leaves)

Method:

 
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Put chopped onion, garlic, ginger. Saute all till light brown. Add turmeric red chili, garam masala and freshly cut coriander leaves. Add chopped tomato. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add peas, cubed cottage cheese. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add chopped spinach. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add salt. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Serve with naan, tandoori roti, plain paratha
